Consumer Rebates

Welcome to Hayward's Consumer Rebate System. The following pages are used to generate rebate forms for customers who have already purchased Hayward pool equipment. To generate a rebate form, you must know the serial number of your unit, the purchase date and the name of the dealer where the unit was purchased. If you have not yet purchased a unit, you may review the terms of the rebate offer, however you will not be able to generate a rebate form.
